Australia post will charge for any orders returned to sender. If your order is returned back to us due to insufficient/incorrect address details or unclaimed, this cost will need to be paid before your order is re-sent as well as shipping costs to re-send. If your order is returned and you wish to cancel it instead of having it re-sent, the RTS fees will be deducted from any refund amount.

Place desired amount of wax into approved well of wax burner.

Use a burner that is designed for wax melts.

Check burner regularly for cracks and chips.

DO NOT use damaged burners.

Never move wax burner while it's burning.

Remove all packaging before placing wax into burner.

Keep in sight when burning wax and any lit candle.

Keep away from draughts.

Do not over fill your wax burner.

Use suitable amount of wax depending on the size of wax burner.

Use only one unscented tealight in burner. 

Ensure to keep product out of reach of pets and children.

Keep burner on heat proof surface, away from any fire hazards.
